Spotlight - Clare Johnston
Today we have Clare in the 'Spotlight'!
Clare has been working at Screwfix for 15 years now, starting off in the Customer Service Centre to now being a Programme Manager in Property & Development. Recently, Clare has led on the project to launch defibs across our store estate through the People Forum and completed the Aspiring Leaders Course.
Clare loves the 'feel' at Screwfix, she believes our culture and people are unmatched which makes us unstoppable and determined to always do more! Flexible working benefits Clare because it means she doesn't miss out on picking her children up from school or missing their clubs like swimming and football. Clare has the autonomy to plan her day around the business and home and makes it work for all of her priorities.
