Last year, we launched our new Employee Inclusion Network, 'Us', which helps colleagues to create a fairer, more diverse workplace, together. With the support of our leadership team, ‘Us’ is led by Ambassadors for Diversity & Inclusion, and offers space for colleagues to share experience, learn about allyship and offer suggestions for a better way of working. ‘Us’ is already making an impact – 1000 hours of inclusive leadership training were delivered last year.

Mental Health Awareness WeekYour mental health matters to us, on this and every week. Alongside tools and training to promote a healthy work-life balance and reduce stress, we’re proud to have provided nearly 1,000 hours of counselling through the Retail Trust over the last 6 months.

LGBTQ+ History MonthAt Screwfix, we’re striving for an inclusive, modern society. We celebrated LGBTQ+ History Month this year with a focus on mind, body and spirit – sharing resources to learn more about how we can support colleagues, friends and family. We were also joined by Charlie Martin, a Transgender Professional Racer, Sport Gamechanger & Motivational Speaker for a live conversation.
